1 ½ oz Pimm’s No. 1
1 oz dry gin (Tanqueray)
½ oz strawberry syrup
Q Drinks Sparkling Lemon Soda

Combine all ingredients in a tall glass. Mix and add ice. Top with soda (ginger ale will do in a pinch). Add garnishes liberally, lemon and lime slices and mint leaves go well.

Strawberry Syrup

1 cup fresh strawberries
1 cup sugar
1 cup water

Combine all ingredients in a pot. Simmer lightly for 10 minutes, crushing the fruit a bit. Let steep for a few hours and strain.
